Micromanaging, can’t work on own

It was a real rewarding experience for me thanks to the communication and teamspirit skills I could improve. Moreover, it has also happened to me exceptionally to take care of the reception as a hostess alone as well as the catering service all day. It is in these moments that we develop certain skills.

Usually they called me to work when they needed. Thus, I had to adapt constantly my schedule to work as much as I could.
