I started working at Donegal as a temp right out of college. I realized very quickly that this was a company that I wanted to continue to be a part of. Donegal is very focused on the work/life balance of their employees. They know that happy employees result in a successful business. They treat their employees as people, rather than just numbers. It really makes you feel like a valuable part of the company. Donegal is also very involved in the community, which is great not only to witness but they also invite their employees to participate in the events they support.
