Vantaggi

-They are quick to respond to queries and concerns.- -The company is very reliable with the training since they provide the appropriate topics and learning materials. -The see to it that everything is covered well and organized during the huddle. -All Training Facilitators, LDAs, and SMEs were very thorough with their job and guided us throughout our training journey effectively. -All announcements and other agenda are communicated timely and smoothly though email and it is quite convenient as well. -During my pre-employment and interview, I observed that they really outlined the schedule for the ff: (Interview, Certification, Training, Launch Day), which is advantageous for us since we can track our progress too, and we can identify if we can still continue with the training.

Svantaggi

-The lessons in some of the badges during training are too long. -Some exams were not marked right away. -The training is quite rigorous, but very helpful too. -Lunch break is too short (30 minutes) :D -The allowance provided in the training is through different trance. It would have been better if it was given weekly. :)

Vantaggi

Great co-workers and team. Somewhat flexible schedule. Not cold calling. W2.

Svantaggi

The leads are terrible because the marketing is terrible but you’re expected to spend 45 minutes talking to every lead even if they’re not a good fit. I had multiple calls with leads who were clearly not a good fit and then was expected to still sell to them. Most leads get on the call having no idea what the company even does and then you’re expected to close them on the first call. The calls are also advertised as “no pressure” but the sales team is expected to high pressure and even make the leads feel bad to get them to buy. The script also doesn’t make sense for a lot of the leads because it’s only targeted to coaches and course creators but the company markets to all business types. The coworkers are great, but upper management creates a hostile work environment. One of the upper leaders frequently calls the women on the team weak or even a more offensive terms. The hourly team meeting every day is basically just an hour of management yelling at the team. Also the earning potential advertised for the job is unrealistic. Even if you perform well above average you’re making less than $10K/month. There’s also no healthcare or benefits even though they’re advertised with the job. For “healthcare” they just give you the number of an independent insurance sales agent…
