Solid leadership team. Recently acquired by MinistryBrands. (MB) MB has a big vision on where to take the company and includes it in future vision. They have shown that they are willing to invest into the company to make it an even better place to work. The heart of the company is amazing, and the people executing are very fun to work with.

DonorDirect was a smaller company, because of that there was not a lot of room for promotion. With the recent acquisition, this may change.
