Thought it was just another work place, but I end up having tons of friends, valuable connections and diversed working experience there. It was also one of the company with a very competitve benefit perks around 2022 to 2024, but not anymore. Quite systematic and SOP-oriented.

Poor upper management decisions from an employee perspective. The most profitable brand was thrown to a newly join country manager and it was downhill since then. Regardless of departments, if the decision making was from that country, is gonna be bias, not respectful , not professional. They encourage overtime and no sick leave culture with compensations/allowance.
