No training from the people that are employees of the company. The outsourced accounting firm (English, not their first language) left to train and refused to let me take anything over. When I tried to ask questions, I got one answer from the accounting firm and another from the owner. The owner hired me saying he hated the communication disconnect and then got pissed at me because i didn't understand them. One of the partners was a very nice guy but wanted to micromanage tasks that he never had a take in. The way the owner talks to staff and about other professionals is rude and disgusting. I was told certain things were priority and then told not to do them and do something else. There was an active audit happening (At the end of it) when i was hired, I expected to jump in and know everything. The auditors were ripping him a new butt and he was pissed about it. I had nothing to do with it. I had just started and was not given the chance to learn what it was he wanted me to do. When i started he was out of town and then in at a trade show so there was really only a few days i talked to him. Then i was let go because he said it wasnt working out. HA WHAT A JOKE.
