C-level leaders make really bad business decisions with little view to the impact on staff. Leadership lacks direction. If you're not Korean, you really don't count in terms of consideration. If you are Korean, you get all kinds of extra opportunity. Doosan Way gets all kinds of lip service but it is not reality. People are NOT their most important asset.
