You're trusted to to do you job and are surrounded by some amazingly talented and hard working people. - Senior leadership & founders are brilliant and allowing you the opportunity and support to develop your career. No managing or silly politics. - Client work is extremely varied, interesting and leading edge.

- No cons. Ups and downs like any business, esp over ~6 years of tenure but certainly nothing systemic.

Great place to learn as a junior. Everybody is friendly and social, and when I struggled as a junior developer, people were always happy to help. Learned a range of new and upcoming technologies.
