Pros is everything, the company culture is amazing and the people are friendly and the work is busy but low stress at the same time.

Might be reduced hours due to lack of work.

-the photographers you work with are great!! -You don't work weekends -SOMETIMES and RARE you get to travel to prescott/tucson

-any managment or supervisor is extremely unhelpful -You don't know when your day ends as a lead photographer -You don't have breaks or lunch actucally schedule out; school sometimes uses our lunch time to get more kids to take photos and we are not allow to say no -To get into schools is a whole other level of struggle, management's fault for not being communicative with school with scheduling out picture day. -You will never get a full time position here unless you've worked 6 plus years
