horrible leadership every manager is a micro manager they don’t have an HR department...what real company doesn’t have one? there’s favorite employees and if you aren’t one your life is hell they make no money so they have horrible pay half the team gets summer fridays and the other half just doesn’t the benefits aren’t even benefits...again, no HR department. they will never promote someone internally they will pass you up and hire random people externally who are not qualified the office culture is the same as a high school lunchroom
