Changing structure and policies with new ownership

People are all great, and the work is much more fun and interesting than I thought conveyors would be. They try to make management as available as they can to employees, and at least make an effort to hear employee feedback and improve on where they are lacking.

Dorner is owned by a parent corporation, which not only causes some tension in the workplace when employees voice their frustrations with the new structure, but makes adjusting workflow and implementing suggested changes difficult and VERY slow. Still waiting to see some rollout of changes made several months ago, according to the CEO
