Not much coding directly involved, mostly using blueprints rather than actual code

The whole company is like one big family. Everyone is very nice to each other, and out to help each other. The management is very fair. Great place to develop important skills. The whole production line is in the same building. From engineering and software to manufacturing. This allows you to see the output of your work on the assembly line. Very fair work life balance. Don't have to stay after your set hours.

The physical environment could be nicer. Would be nice to have windows in the office.
