      The people at DoseSpot are all friendly. 100% insurance + flex time off is a great perk. Remote team with annual off-sites.

      Market lagging salaries. Real bad. They are trying to add remote friendly activities, but most of them feel out of touch. Minimal career opportunities. The CEO seems egotistical. The team reached a big milestone and the reward was.... watching the CEO eat some food he doesn't like? I've worked at places where, when these huge goals get accomplished, the entire team gets $3/4k bonuses. So yeah, it was really weird to have the team accomplish something and then have the CEO just throw himself on camera and make it all about him.
