You will be working on some state of the art projects and getting a lot of cloud exposure. The people you work with generally are young, vibrant and energetic. The company will pay for cloud certifications and encourages you to get certified. The company pays very well.

A very high amount of employee turnover due to burnout since the way the company seems to make money is to put employees on multiple projects which is unsustainable. Management does not listen to employee requests to be moved off of specific projects for whatever reason. One employee was promised to be promoted to a different role but the company kept pushing back the role due to client needs. The company prioritised client welfare ahead of employee welfare. There seems to be some sort of favouritism amongst the management team as there was an employee who got promoted to 3 different positions within a year. Essentially employee politics take precedent instead of applying for said positions. The position I was personally placed in was not the position I applied for and I resigned after several requests to be placed in the position I signed up for were promised but ultimately ignored after many months of back and forth. The company has a policy of not having a "13th cheque" or bonus payments unless you are an executive or employee in a management space so there is no incentive really to outperform your peers.
