We are very upfront and clear with everyone we hire regarding the nature of the company and the work that we do, and we have a thorough recruitment process to do our best to ensure a good fit on both sides. That said, we are quite perplexed at your description, as it does not match up with the reality of team life here. If you don't like the kind of projects we work on that's totally fine - but we have a engaging team culture, with good comms, and regular feedback to leadership on things that are needed or improvements that can be made - and that feedback gets listened to, and acted upon. If you did work here then we apologise that it wasn't to your liking, but we'd also comment that it's important to get involved in communication yourself, make friends with colleagues, and put forward ideas for improvements. This would be the best approach, and is what has worked well for the other members of the team. We are disappointed by the extent of inaccuracy in your review - we do encourage people to leave honest reviews, but it's a shame that you've decided not to do that. There are always good and bad things from an individual perspective, and we would have preferred to have read a more thoughtful, balanced review. It's impossible to be a perfect match for everyone, so we hope that you are happy wherever you are working now, and wish you all the best.
