9yWe appreciate your feedback and are sorry you feel this way. Our process, although not exactly what you have described, is one that works. We have many sales representatives at all of our properties who earn six figure incomes. The video taping is for training purposes to help you achieve that goal. This process helps employees improve their presentation skills and allows you to identify your strengths/weaknesses and be aware of things that you may or may not be doing ie body language, etc. In regards to the point you made about marketing, we have entire teams dedicated to our marketing efforts. These teams market and qualify leads so that you don't have to start from ground zero when you begin. This is the main source of tours. Without our Marketing Team there would be very few tours at each property. That is not the case. As far as the furniture is concerned we are in the process of replacing it.
