This is a Christian based company and very family oriented. I've had the pleasure of working with Doug and Rebecca but due to unforeseen circumstances had to leave my position. Doug and Rebecca walk the walk and talk the talk. I know there were some angry clients this year but due to Covid adding supply chain issues and the skyrocketing price of materials, it couldn't be avoided. I know a lot of buyers were upset having to add additional funds to their contracts, but DP was not alone. It was mandatory across the board and part of the integrity of a signed contract. And this is want sets DP apart. Even though the contracts stated they would lose their initial cash if they cancelled, DP understood and refunded when they didn't have to. Because of the integrity of Doug and Rebecca, I would jump at the chance to work for them again.

They do not have an office in my state.

Lots of business. Atmosphere was always bright. Above average commission.

Staff were told to contact buyers and ask for more money on top of their signed contract for "material increases". I could not continue working here in good faith knowing we weren't serving our clients honestly. Integrity is all we have.
