Some people there are amazing people to work with that are more than willing to help you and work with you to help you understand the.problem.

Terrible So called managers. They are the reason they can't retain employees in certain positions and HR is a complete joke. Certain people are sneaky liars and continuously gossip about everyone yet that get a a blind eye from the almost none existent owner. Terrible benefits as well. God help the next employee who makes friends with the wrong person

Management consistently acts in bad faith. They spend nights and weekends finding ways to avoid fairly compensating the sales team, all under the guise of “accuracy.” In reality, they’ll do whatever it takes to shortchange employees just to save a dollar. COO at DEPS is actively running the company into the ground, and while the owner is fully aware, he chooses to do nothing about it.

I wouldn’t recommend this company for experienced techs—it’s more of a stepping stone. There’s no real opportunity for career growth, and they undervalue the experienced technicians they already have. In fact, they’ll often pay new hires with no experience more than those who have been there longer. The high turnover rate among technicians reflects the lack of stability. Additionally, the company relies heavily on systems and processes from others but fails to implement them effectively, and they don’t seem able to develop their own strategies that actually work.
