The Ranch does an amazing job providing exceptional service for the Ranchers (clients) that they support. They do try to promote within and do their best to support the staff.

Burnout is huge at the Ranch. I had seen a lot of people come and go over the time I worked there. I believe that the current management is aware of this but not really able to do much about it. There also can be a lot of drama which you have to be really careful to not get tied into.

There are real legitimate good people working here who really believe in the mission.

Poor pay and little to no support from management. The hours are terrible and the whole organization is poorly run.
