A tight-knit team and a good working environment. Very pleasant and easy going lifestyle. Management has open door policy, thus making them very approachable. Meetings are absolutely minimal, ensuring that the employee can be focused on what really matters. Open concept work environment. This can be a pro and a con at times, but overall, benefiial to the Agile methodology of the Projects. It certainly reduces a lot of emails going back and forth. Also improves communication channels within the teams. I definitely recommend this as a good company to work for.
