Since November we have made crucial changes to our Sales and CX organization as such, we feel confident that by doing so, we have created stronger and more cohesive teams. As with so many other companies, we have had our share of teachable moments, while we have not turned a blind eye to these growing pains, we have taken actionable steps to ensure not only the success of Dozuki, but also that of our teams as a whole.
