Poor management, inconsistent non-actionable vague feedback is not common. Very inconsistent leveling where DEI is prioritized over merit. DEI hires get to coast while non-DEI hires are picking up the slack. Mangers regularly try to game the 360 review process and metrics are more important than actual business value delivered. Empire building managers. Very bureaucratic processes that do not contribute to increasing quality or value delivered.
