It can be a very exciting place to work if you are personnally motivated to achieve. Excellent and broad IRAD investments every year, though focused on areas of selected high leverage importance.

Difficult place to get to if you live outside the city. In need of infrastructure imporvements to match up with the big companies like Raytheon, Lockheed, BAE, Northop, boeing, etc.
