Vantaggi

Competitive compensation, great team of peers, interesting work. They pay on time.

Svantaggi

C-suite doesn't know what they're doing, only thinks they understand sales and marketing basics, CRO lacks experience in the space, they are dishonest during townhalls regarding company performance. There was a lot of growing pains going on and lack of one-pagers and sales material, but still expected an unreasonable amount of performance out of their sales team and AM's. Company computers are Dells that are slow. It wasn't uncommon for people to go to IT every month to three months about a serious IT issue. Great place to get a paycheck and some experience before moving on.

Vantaggi

None really -Some coworkers are supportive and try their best to help each other navigate the workload. The experience can teach you how to operate under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Svantaggi

Leadership lacks organization, direction, and in many cases a clear understanding of the industry. Processes are constantly changing, cases are often mismanaged, and employees are left trying to figure things out without proper guidance. Workloads are consistently unrealistic and expectations are not aligned with available resources. Communication from management is often unclear or inconsistent, which creates confusion across teams and leads to unnecessary stress. The culture can feel exclusionary, with favoritism and what many employees describe as a “boys club” environment. Employees who raise concerns or ask for clarity often feel dismissed rather than supported. There is also little transparency around decisions that impact workloads and career progression. There is no clear path for growth or development, and turnover appears to be high as many employees leave due to burnout and frustration with leadership.
