Lovely people - Since working at Haven I have always been so impressed with the people. Everyone is always so friendly and happy to help. I felt welcome from day 1 and even as the company has grown bigger it has never lost that friendly feel. Great progression - In my interview I made it clear that I wanted to progress into management and I was always supported in this ambition. In the 3 years I have worked here I have managed to become a Team Leader and had many doors open up to me as a result of this. Good pay, bonus and benefits - I feel the pay is very competitive and throughout my time I have had regular pay reviews and raises as a result of these reviews. The bonus scheme is also very good and I really appreciate the extra bit of money I get each year. This year it has gone towards spending money for my honeymoon which has been fantastic! Free parking - I used to work in the town centre and had to pay for parking or park in a side street and walk about a mile uphill every day. Now coming here I appreciate the free parking so much, who cares if it's on some gravel? It's free! Social and Community - Haven do a lot of work in the community for various charities and local schools etc which is great to be a part of. They also have an amazing social side with regular quiz nights, parties, raffles, bake sales, dress up days etc etc. It makes work more fun and when we're here for 8 hours a day that really helps!

Office Politics - I know you get this in every office but it does get me down as you are never sure who you can trust and what you should say. It would be nice to come to work and be able to feel confidant but sadly that's not always the case. Communication - No one speaks to anyone else! At least not about anything important so you always feel like you're out of the loop and end up making mistakes because you weren't properly informed. It's very frustrating.
