Coworkers and flexibility in your schedule

Low pay, no advancement, managers could care less about employees, they will drop you as an employee immediately to replace you with someone oversees to save money, health benefits are deplorable, expected to complete unattainable workloads and if you do manage to complete them you will not be rewarded or valued as an employee they rather would drop you to bring. In someone cheaper than keep long time employees

Co-workers are great to work with, patients usually loved coming into therapy appointments due to good- natured atmosphere

Svantaggi

Expectation is 2-4 patients per hour No time in schedule allowed for paperwork. Expect you to take MedBridge Courses for CEUS rather than approve other courses. Inconsistent yearly reviews, no raise for 3 years Management does not support staff, pushes patients from their schedule to staff, even when they are already double booked (and they have no one). Not family friendly High turn-over
