Good benefits but management issues lead to frustration - Recensione dipendente - Property Manager presso Dream

Gestire il processo di candidatura e selezione con le Risorse Umane è stato fantastico, i colloqui con manager e dirigenti di diverse fasi sono stati un piacere. Fin dall'inizio, mi sono sempre sentito molto benvenuto e mi sono state fornite tutte le risorse e la formazione di cui ritengo di aver bisogno. Apprezzo molto che i dirigenti si presentino personalmente e ti conoscano, ti facciano sapere che fai parte del team e che sono disponibili come risorsa. Un'azienda molto interessante, coinvolta in progetti molto interessanti in tutto il continente.

C'era un po' di confusione e informazioni contrastanti sulla situazione del lavoro in ufficio rispetto a quello ibrido/da casa. Ma ci si aspetta che la situazione si risolva con il dialogo e un compromesso.

- you pay is likely a bit under market rate, try to negotiate salary before you start, otherwise you won't be getting more once you're in - CEO has an inner circle of 5-10 key players, if you are one of them life is demanding but the pay is fantastic. If you work for one of these people your life could be very difficult. A fair amount of nepotism but it's a smaller company and not totally surprising.
