      Vantaggi

      Sales team can sell a site to any one, living, dead or inanimate. Great for a paycheck if you are living in the area. People can't stop buying websites so they're usually on time!

      Not an agile dev shop. Typical waterfall chaos. Designers are weak, developers are not good enough to get hired elsewhere. Dreamco will take on any paying customer and develop a site for them even if they don't have the money to finish the project or launch. Frustration on a daily basis watching clients getting screwed by mediocrity and constant reassurance that we're doing the right thing. Astroturfed Glassdoor profile.

      Get a lot of experience with website technology that caps out about 5-10 years before current standards

      Workload is way to intense. Owner is a tyrant who will never back you up when a customer goes too far. Actively ignores racism, misogyny, and homophobia. Boss actively forces his political opinions on you. You will be expected to work in the office even if they tell you WFH is okay. Communications is terrible.
