Worst Management Ever. - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer presso DreamWorks Animation

Terrible management. The engineers in the software group were asked to apply for new internal software projects, but they failed to deliver engaging projects. Instead, many of the employable engineers applied for jobs at other companies (like Google) and left. Too many senior engineers, tech leads, and principle engineers left the company in the last few years. Good management would fight to keep the best engineers and have the guts to layoff the "lifers"; the opposite is happening at Dreamworks.
