Very little in role onboarding. Company overall has a good process, but when it came to my job, I was left high and dry. The organization of our customer base left a huge burden on a few CSMs, while the rest had light-to-manageable loads. Growth was promised but not realized: company did multiple layoffs, and the CEO never even acknowledged them on LinkedIn. The rules of engagement were never clearly defined and led to a large amount of confusion and frustration. There was also a very strong appearance of a “boys club” at Drift. While I do not believe they are a discriminatory company, there is a lot they could do to improve how their CSMs perceive equal opportunity.
