Sales senior folks (directors and VPs) are not sure what they want to achieve and will literally request to approve leads to get incentives which they know would be rejected later. Titles are being handed without experience (25 year olds are AVPs with 1-2 years of experience). HR policy doesnot have any sick leaves, public holidays are kept to minimum. Leadership team is incapable and they are great on paper but a pain to work with; running around like headless chicken. Inappropriate conduct from multiple leadership members, barely any diversity, no boundaries of work and life. People have no professional boundaries and make inappropriate calls in the middle of the night. Best career decision has been to leave this company; worst was to join.
