I have worked at Drive since 2019 and the opporunites I have had in my career have been amazoing the growth and advancement opportunities have already grown and advanced with Drive! If you work hard and do what is right, you will achieve great things. I can tell you working at other places in sales, it never matters about the person just the thing they wanted you to push BUT NOT HERE! We are in the business of helping people and I love it! Drive is an amazing company and family to be a part of, the opportunites I have been able to work towards have been exciting. Seeing the trajectory of my career within this company and seeing it grow and knowing I am a part of it is incredible. This is a company that definetly gives you what you put into it, you are not just another number or employee hired, you are heard and valued from bottom management to the top. I can say from many years in sales that most places just care about pushing and getting the sale. That is not the case working here. I walk away at the end of the day knowing that I am truly helping our clients grow and they are a part of our family and as such we invest into them making sure that we do our part in their success. Helping people is what we do, and that is Drives foundation.
