The following is my opinion.
What a shame of a place DSD has become. Their focus is money and deadlines only. Not development of talent, employee satisfaction, or retention. In summary, it’s a company run by a bunch of line managers with fewer than 10-years of experience who get promoted to Principal for just showing up. Legacy employees are favored, even the toxic and unstable ones. Employees who stand up for themselves are quiet-fired. The cherry on top is the US president’s apathy towards the havoc that is wreaked by management. It’s a stressful revolving door for talented and unique individuals. Please, take a pass on DSD if you’re reading this.
