I joined as contractor and then got permanent This company is only for those who really want to do something different. They don't have time for politics for discussion Result oriented. It took time for me to take a hold of product and understanding but I started enjoying my work once I understood domain .

No cons except few fellows in a team but I think that's everywhere . You have to match with non performer
