No vision, no plan, no company growth, no career growth. HR just survives, Execs and all juniors have never seen a grown up company. CEO after CEO, CTO after CTO, CFO after CFO, highly under qualified Legal, QA, and Security, that have had no revenue growth for > two years and keeps on shrinking. No Work/life balance, Far too many opinions. Extreme nepotism in NJ/NY amongst some highly under qualified heads.
