Long hours, long drives, and family dynamics can be difficult to handle at times when in homes.

One of the supervisors Heather is amazing and truly cares for the employees. She gets bashed on by the owners when she’s the only one who cares for both the employees and clients.

They do not care about their employees or their well being. Ryan only cares about the company and getting clients, he does not care about the feelings of his employees even if they voice their problems in person. He will ignore you and then proceed to talk about you to others. He will send you to homes that are impossible to work at with unimaginable conditions. He preaches about “being there for his employees” but never did I feel that way while working under him. This company showed me what I DONT want going forward in the future with other job prospects. Not to mention bad pay, bad benefits, no hours, and making you drive 4+ hours a day.
