Management is transparent, the company culture radiates nothing but positivity, and they really put the well-being of their employees first. I consider myself beyond lucky to work at Driven Local.

The workload was a bit heavy at times, but they are always hiring to lighten the amount of work each analyst has.

I've been working in the industry for 5+ years, and I've held positions at various companies/agencies. Driven Local is by far the best place I've ever worked. The company culture is top notch, from flexible hours and early Fridays to massage chairs and virtual reality gear. Upper management not only listens to feedback, but also implements changes accordingly. I've never once felt like my voice wasn't heard -- something that's truly unique, especially within a growing business. There's also a clear career path, no matter what department you enter, so all employees have something bigger and better to work toward.

The company is relatively new; there are some kinks that still need to be worked out. While some people might find this as a setback, I disagree. If you have a vision and express it, you can make a real impact on your job, your department and the company as a whole.
