The company culture is top notch, from flexible hours and early Fridays to massage chairs and virtual reality gear. Upper management not only listens to feedback, but also implements changes accordingly. I've never once felt like my voice wasn't heard -- something that's truly unique, especially within a growing business. There's also a clear career path, no matter what department you enter, so all employees have something bigger and better to work toward.

The company is relatively new; there are some kinks that still need to be worked out. While some people might find this as a setback, I disagree. If you have a vision and express it, you can make a real impact on your job, your department and the company as a whole.
