No Pros, it's a cheat

No salaries processed till now and every higher management ppl absconded

You do get to work with some of the smartest people around

The company lacks focus, and direction, and planning. No one understands why they are working on something, because no one communicates the big picture. The CTO has no management skills, and other people in management are generally not allowed any autonomy. Nothing gets done without his approval, which has halted any growth in the tech. Personal life has no place in this company, and the work distribution is based on favouritism, and friendships. The other CXOs are never seen in the office, or heard from, or share their plans for the company. All they do is talk big, but are never present to get to the nitty-grities. One of them even said, if the employees cannot give them ideas to work on, they will go get themselves new employees, publicly. Says a lot about the job security.
