1. Really bad work environment and no sense of responsibility towards the well being of the employees.
2. Absolutely no sense of personal boundaries. Used to get calls from management at 11:00 in the night and asked to work.
3. The pay is well below the industry standards. People with BTech and Masters' degree working at less than 10k per month with 12-14 hrs work day 6 days a week and sometimes 7 days a week till the point of breakdown.
4. The working conditions were humiliating. We used to work on national holidays and even while we were sick. When asked for leave, the management used to tell us to take medicines and work since everyone was doing the same,
5. If we took leaves, the salary was cut for that day making it all even more disgraceful.
