The team works super hard and fast, and has high expectations for results, but management is very helpful and hands on to ensure success.

It's a place for people that want to do their best work. The sport is growing so fast and the events are amazing. I've gotten a lot of experience learning from my manager and peers and also had the opportunity to try new things that really challenge me. I'm never bored. Leadership thinks big.

It's sports so schedules can be unpredictable. During the season there are some nights and weekends that people need to work.
