I'm still relatively new, but from the interview experience, to on-boarding, and the general energy and transparency in the office I am so thrilled to be working at Dropbox! Everyone is welcoming, and fully engaged, the business outlook is impressive, and the perks aren't too bad either (They are top notch!). In a sea full of tech companies and start-ups in the Bay Area, they are holding their own, and more people need to know about what a great place it is.
