      Everything, the lack of leadership, lack of expectations or support. For a company who is "sponsored" by Simon Malls, you would think that there would be support from them and the company, but that is wrong. It was absolutely appalling and a waste of time. The leadership gives snake vibes, they would throw anyone under the bus for no reason.

      It's a start-up, with that comes growing pains and change. It's not the work environment that works for everyone, but if you are someone who likes to be part of building the foundation of a company, it's 100% the place for you.
