- unclear if overtime work is paid, no one in the company seems to know how to properly calculate work times and vacation entitlement - shifts often given at random times without taking availabilities into account - expectation to work more than what your contract says; meaning that you should behave as if this was your own company, although you only work there part-time for a low salary, for most employees even minimum wage - diversity means: German HQ, international WH with low-paid workers - mandatory team events for the WH staff are much worse than HQ events (kitchen party trivia about the company vs. waterskiing) - equipment is low-quality and signing a liability agreement is mandatory (although that's illegal) - bikes are broken regularly and often unsafe for riding; weather conditions aren't taken into account (heat, storm, ice) - the company stopped to provide drinks although promised differently - riders are surveilled throughout their tours; the data is kept intransparently - managers have called people during sick leave to check if they are actually sick - one case of sexual harassment
