- High pressure - High churn rate - High expectations - if you don't satisfy, you're let go quickly - You have to fight for every billable hour - It's all about Drupal (might be a limiting factor to some) - Some clients and projects are too heavily dutch-reliant (sometimes an AI/Google translation is required).
