Very easy going. Freedom to dress mannequins the way you'd like. Simple dress code. Great bonus structure for Store Management and great health benefits. One weekend off per month and only two closing shifts a week for Management. Black Friday hours begin at 6am. Also, my District Manager was beyond great... I probably would not have stuck around as long as I did if it weren't for her.

Not many skills to gain. This is a great company to work for if you are fine with learning the job and becoming comfortable very soon after of the same daily routine. No in depth management training. Not much motivation for employees. I would not suggest this company for college graduates- no appreciation for those with a college degree. Growth is great up until the SM position. After that it's a very LONG waiting game for the next position, filled with empty promises.
