The commission rate plus​ tips for massage therapists is a excellent. Management and staff are helpful​, friendly​, and easy to talk to. Pay is weekly​ and Deana is an great bookkeeper. Atmosphere is professional and my needs personally and professionally are always​ considered.

The owner has a bad rep but, I have never experienced any "craziness" in my time there. She​ is definitely on point​ with her customer​ service and everyone leaves happy. She knows how to run a successful business. Keep in mind this is a small business. Work ethic and commitment are different​ from big business. If you're not dedicated to put in the effort and have a bad attitude about being dedicated, this may not be the place for you.

The staff was amazing, I am still friends with most of them; they are extremely supportive and as helpful as possible.

…however the owner IS CRAZY. She expects you to work 24/7, whether you're busy or not. She gives seniority to people who have been there the longest (which I understand), but it leaves the new employees high and dry with no chance to build a clientele; she's notorious for taking clients from new employees and moving them to older ones. Extremely unprofessional, and just plain mean. If you have kids- expect not to have any weekends off, any nights off to spend with them, or any flexibility (i.e. if you have a sick child that needs to be picked up- even if you don't have any clients for the rest of the day- you cannot leave, and it has been known that the owner will say things such as:" I told you kids were the worst thing you could have done to yourself- and an abortion would have been the best thing TO do." She is also known for being just plain mean. Feel free to work here, just expect to feel horrible when you come home, and very beaten down. Your worth and talent aren't appreciated.
