I learned a lot and expanded my skillset by wearing many hats. Provided autonomy and trust to work hard and do my job well. Treated very well with team building activities, special get togethers, and seasonal gifts.

Harvest time tracking throughout the work day at time of employment. Felt a lack of transparency for a tight-knit setting. Lower salary range for broad scope of responsibilities. Listing for a new peer hire was posted with a higher salary range who then quickly went on to be promoted to a level above numerous teammates without input from the department, which was different from a corporate setting.
