The whole UK team is really welcoming, friendly, and helpful. One of the nicest things I have found about working there is that senior management is very open to feedback and suggestions, and are very good at implementing them when actionable. Pretty flexible about remote working and hours; over the course of the pandemic, the setup and accommodations for remote work got better. pre-covid there was a lot geeky activities in the office - tabletop games and stuff like that, and some of that has moved online or been partially revived as the limited office attendance has been a bit expanded)

growing pains - company is expanding rapidly and many things are in flux, both in terms of specific technical details and broader direction. Work priorities can change rapidly, and sometimes important work ends up being insufficiently prioritised because of other, also important work. Due to rapid growth dev resources are sometimes stretched a bit thin. on a very subjective note: I found myself clashing a bit with the parts of the company that fall more on the bank/finance/fintech side of things. I had to learn more about finance to do my job than i necessarily wanted
