The line managers are great and do listen to people, but they don’t seem to have a voice higher up. We still have the unlimited holiday policy, but I honestly wouldn't be surprised if that’s the next thing to go, considering how things are heading (see the point below).

Lately, it feels like this company is on a downhill slope. Little by little, the benefits we once enjoyed are being taken away, and more and more bureaucratic requirements are being added—often without any clear purpose. The worst part, though, was the introduction of the new and unnecessarily complicated performance review system this year. After all the hassle of completing it, we were then told that there would be no salary increases. So, what's the point of all this? On top of that, the promotion criteria are completely unclear. No one knows who gets promoted and why. People you'd expect to see moving up don't get promoted, while others who barely contribute and only pretend to work are moving up the ladder. It's frustrating and demotivating. I can no longer recommend this company. Working conditions keep getting worse with each passing quarter, and more and more top-performing employees are jumping ship. It's clear that the company's focus is no longer on its people.
